Nestled at the foot of the Bucegi Mountains is the charming town of Sinaia, and the 19th Century Peles Castle. It took 10 years to build this summer residence of 160 rooms for King Carol I. Upon arrival, Stone and I hiked up the forest passage that lead us to the doorway of the fortress. The interior of this fairytale like, magnificent home, was incredible, with each room decorated like different regions of the world with divine woodwork.
